SUMMARY:EEG-TMS Workshop
DESCRIPTION:We are excited to announce an upcoming EEG-TMS workshop. Our friends at the Federal University of ABC (UFABC, Brazil) ( https://www.ufabc.edu.br/en/ ) Interdisciplinary Unit for Applied Neuroscience and Brain Support ( https://brainsupport.com.br/ ) are organizing two workshops on EEG-TMS and fNIRS-TMS in partnership with us and NIRx ( https://nirx.net/ ), respectively.\nIn a nutshell:\n\nEEG-TMS: December 4th, 10am EST\nfNIRS-TMS: December 9th, 8am EST\nDuration: 2h\nLanguage: English\nCost: free\n\nEEG-TMS workshop: December 4th, 10am EST\nIn the workshop on EEG-TMS, we will explore the challenges and opportunities of conducting simultaneous EEG and TMS. After an introduction to EEG-TMS, we’ll discuss interesting applications, such as closed-loop EEG-TMS. Further, we’ll examine the primary challenges involved in combining EEG and TMS and present our solutions for addressing these obstacles. Finally, the workshop will conclude with a session on handling and analyzing EEG-TMS data using BrainVision Analyzer 2 ( https://frosty-elion.85-236-49-36.plesk.page/solutions/analyzer/ ).\nfNIRS-TMS workshop: December 9th, 8am EST\nThe fNIRS-TMS workshop offers a comprehensive overview of combining transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) with functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS). It will explore the integration of neuroimaging modalities, comparisons with EEG-TMS and fMRI-TMS, and the latest developments in fNIRS-TMS. The session will also provide practical guidelines for device setup, address both physiological and technical considerations, and share valuable tips for optimizing data acquisition and analysis.\nRegistration\nYou can register for one or for both workshops. To register, visit this page ( https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf6WpHfoeK27388vmIoIiSjK7xEgec8msIkQLxhaNFL8newxQ/viewform ).\nIf this workshop isn’t right for you, please feel free to share this with colleagues who you think may benefit from such a workshop. In addition, you can discover more workshops and learn about the Brain Products Academy here ( https://frosty-elion.85-236-49-36.plesk.page/academy/ ). Additionally, you can sign up to our dedicated mailing list ( http://eepurl.com/hqQvEb ) to be one of the first to find out about future webinars and workshops.\n
